During SALE or on SALE Items all purchases will be charged at flat rate for its destination region.

In the unlikely event that we or you have made a mistake with your order please contact sales@copperfieldshop.co.uk where we will do our best to resolve this issue immediately.

UK ORDERS

We use DPD for our UK domestic deliveries.

Standard delivery from £7.95.
Next Day delivery from £9.99.

All orders are trackable and use your mobile or email for progress on delivery. Ensure these are correct when finalising your order.
Orders received after 2pm Monday to Thursday will be sent out the following day.
All orders received on Friday before 2pm will be delivered the following Monday.

Highlands & Islands

we may make use of alternative couriers and different delivery time frames, to reduce any expenses over delivery fees incurred, we will always seek to make you aware of delays beforehand.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Purchases made online, by UK domiciled customers, are governed by UK selling regulations and the returns policy and is therefore different to purchases made in store.

All goods are sent with a returns form and should you wish to return your goods please indicate on the form if you wish to receive a refund or an exchange to the same monetary value.

You have 14 days from receipt to send back any full price items for a refund or exchange.

All items must be returned with all labels, unworn and in its original packaging. Any marks on the clothes from aftershave or deodorant will discredit your refund.

The cost of your return and its safe return back to us is your sole responsibility, therefore please ensure you use a trusted, insured and trackable service.

UK EXCHANGES

Please return goods as listed above with the returns form provided in the package. Should you want to hold another item you have seen online whilst your package is in transit then please do not hesitate to call us on 01727 835175 where we will happily help. This item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

REFUNDS UK ORDERS

You have 14 days from receipt to send back any full priced items for a full refund. Items must be returned with all labels, be unworn and in its original packaging. Any marks or scents on the clothes from aftershave or deodorant will discredit your refund.

UK BUYING AS A GIFT

Buying as a gift? We will accept your return past the 14 days providing you have complied with our unworn policy listed above in exchange for store credit. This applies to Christmas gifts up to the 2nd of January.

UK REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS

You have 14 days to return your sale items for a full refund. We will allow returned sale items to be sent up to 14 days in return for store credit. We do not accept returns on sale items past the 14 days.
